Alpha Access - Non-Disclosure Agreement

1. Confidential Information

By accessing the Auravestia Alpha platform, you acknowledge that you will be exposed to confidential and proprietary information including but not limited to:

• AI algorithms, models, and scoring methodologies
• Platform features, functionality, and user interface designs
• Financial analysis data, predictions, and institutional insights
• Technical architecture, code, and implementation details
• Business strategies, roadmaps, and future product plans

2. Non-Disclosure Obligations

You agree to:

• Keep all information strictly confidential and not disclose to any third party
• Not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to recreate any aspect of the platform
• Not share login credentials or provide access to unauthorized individuals
• Not publish, post, or share screenshots, data, or analysis from the platform on social media or public forums
• Use the platform solely for personal evaluation and not for commercial purposes

3. Alpha Testing Acknowledgment

You understand and agree that:

• This is an ALPHA version - features are incomplete and may contain bugs
• Data, analysis, and predictions are for testing purposes only and should NOT be used for actual investment decisions
• The platform may be unstable, experience downtime, or undergo significant changes without notice
• Your account and data may be reset or removed during the alpha phase
• No warranty or guarantee is provided regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Auravestia platform, including AI models, algorithms, code, designs, and content remain the exclusive property of Auravestia. No rights or licenses are granted except the limited right to use the alpha platform for evaluation purposes.

5. Feedback and Contributions

Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide become the property of Auravestia and may be used without compensation or attribution. You waive any rights to such contributions.

6. Data Privacy

Your usage data, interactions, and feedback will be collected and analyzed to improve the platform. By participating in the alpha, you consent to this data collection as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Investment Disclaimer

This agreement remains in effect throughout your participation in the alpha program. Auravestia reserves the right to terminate your access at any time without notice. Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
